ATTENTION  There is a very convenient and cost effective method of documents attestation i.e. through Courier Service. Currently M/S OCS are HEC’s Courier for attestation. For attestation, you will have to hand over all your original documents with a set of photocopy (matric onwards) & prescribed fee as well as duly filled (on-line) application form to OCS courier office in your city. SUPERVISORS The approved PhD supervisor program was initially started by the University Grant Commission. Eventually, Pakistan Council for Science and Technology (PCST) became principal agency responsible for evaluating and approving faculty and researchers as PhD supervisor. However, PCST's emphasis was only on the discipline of Science and Technology.
